The Gymnova Men’s London Open features the top British Men’s Artistic gymnasts as well as gymnasts from overseas.

The Aeras Aviation Development Challenge allows Club and Regional level gymnasts to progress towards FIG-level routines.

The competition takes place from Friday 4th September through to Sunday 6th September, with the full competition schedule being released after entries have closed.

Competition Venue

The competition is held at the Jean Brown Arena, Redbridge Sports and Leisure Centre, Forest Road, Ilford, IG6 3HD.

The centre has good transport links via the M11 and A406. It is also located next to Fairlop Tube Station on the Central Line.

Parking is available at the venue. Parking charges apply and you must register your car at the venue – failure to do so will result in a fine.

Previous Winners

Oakley Banks

Our 2025 Westminster Cup All-Around Champion was Oakley Banks from Pegasus Gymnastics Club.

Oakley also claimed titles on the High Bar and Parallel Bars, as well as a bronze medal on Vault.

A dynamic and consistent performer, Oakley has built a reputation for clean lines and composure under pressure, particularly on the bars, where he continues to excel. His achievements at the Westminster Cup add to a growing list of successes for Pegasus gymnasts on the national stage.

Earlier in his career, Oakley was part of Team GB’s silver medal-winning squad at the 2022 European Youth Olympic Festival.

He also helped secure a bronze medal for Great Britain at the 2022 Junior European Championships – experiences that have shaped him into one of the country’s most promising young all-arounders.

ALEXANDER YOLSHIN-CASH

Our 2024 Westminster Cup All-Around Champion was Alexander Yolshin-Cash from Notts Gymnastics Club.

Alex also claimed the Parallel Bars title, as well as a silver medal on the Pommel Horse.

Alex was part of the Notts team that claimed the Adams Shield at the British Teams Men’s Artistic Championships in 2024, also winning the title on Parallel bars, and the bronze medal on the Pommel Horse.

Earlier in his career, Alex represented Great Britain at the 2023 Junior World Championships, finishing 10th in the All-Around Competition, 7th in the Team Event and just missed out on a medal, claiming 4th place on Pommel Horse. 

Jamie Lewis

Our 2023 Westminster Cup All-Around Champion was Jamie Lewis from Woking Gymnastics Club.

Jamie also claimed the Floor title, as well as bronze medals on Pommels and Rings.

Finishing 5th in the 2023 British Championships in the All-Around competition, he also claimed Silver on Pommel Horse.

Earlier in his career, Jamie represented Great Britain at the 2018 Junior Europeans, finishing 2nd in the All-Around Competition, in the Team Event and on Pommel Horse. 

He became Junior European Champion on Floor, and bronze medalist on Rings.

Jake Jarman

Our Westminster Cup winner in 2022 was Jake Jarman from Huntingdon

Fresh from his success at the Men’s London Open, Jake was part of the gold medal-winning England Team at the Commonwealth Games in 2022.

He put in an outstanding performance, also winning the All-Around title and golds on both Floor and Vault!

At the Munich Europeans in 2022, Jake was part of the gold medal-winning Great Britain Team. He also took the top spot on Vault, and bronze on Floor.

The 2022 World Championships in Liverpool saw Jake as part of the Great Britain Team claiming third place in the Team Competition.

Jake was the first English male gymnast to win four gold medals in a single Games.

He was also the first British male to win European Gold on Vault – outstanding accolades.

Giarnni Regini-moran

Giarnni Regini-Moran from Pegasus finished in second place at the Men’s London Open 2022.

He was part of the gold medal-winning English Team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. He also claimed silver medals on both Vault and Parallel Bars. Finishing with a Bronze medal on Floor.

At the 2022 European Games in Munich, Giarnni was part of the gold medal-winning Great Britain team. He also finished in third place on Parallel Bars. 

As part of the bronze medal-winning Great Britain Team at the World Championships in Liverpool in 2022, he also took the top spot on Floor, winning the gold medal.

Courtney Tulloch

Courtney Tulloch from South Essex finished in third place.

Following the Men’s London Open, Courtney was part of the gold medal winning English Team for the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022.

Courtney was also defending his Commonwealth Champion title on Rings and successfully won gold again.

At the Munich Europeans in 2022, he and the rest of the Great Britain Team won gold in the Team competition. And he also claimed the bronze medal on Rings.

Liverpool was the location for the 2022 World Championships where Courtney and his GB teamates claimed third place. He also won a bronze medal on Rings.
